Refund & Returns Policy – Revolution Wear

At Revolution Wear, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized items, unless they are defective.
 


2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via your preferred contact details

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
 


3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

 

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
