Pre-Order Policy – Revolution Wear

At Revolution Wear, we offer pre-orders to allow customers to purchase items before they become available. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to purchase an item before it is available for immediate shipping.
Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page, but they are subject to change.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery
The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is 1-2 weeks after order being placed.
We will update customers via email if there are any delays or changes to the shipping date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. 
After the cancellation period, pre-orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.

5. Changes & Delays
Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production delays, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
If there is a significant delay, customers will be given the option to continue waiting or request a full refund.
